As I know we're all preparing for the lovely New Years resolution time, I've decided that these are some essentials for kicking off the New Year!
My (future) sister in law and I are kicking off our fitness plan January 1 and have decided to use the Bikini ready workout from the Women's Health Big Book of Exercises. This book is really amazing, it has all sorts of individual, specific area exercises & also tons of full body!
MyAgenda planner is AMAZING. I used to be a FranklinCovey girl all the way but since adapting this planning style I just can't go back.
All the other items are on my wishlist but can't wait to add them to my workout/daily routine. Plus - how fun is that drop it like a squat sweatshirt! How perfect for chilly mornings during an outside exercise sesh!
Will be posting about my resolutions later this week, I'm hoping if I post them on here it will keep me honest!
