Life's manifesto?

Good evening everyone!
One of my (many) new years resolutions was to (of it is every year) to get in shape & focus on a healthier LIFESTYLE. Not diet, not starve, but enjoy the beautifulness that is cooking for family & friends and find a workout that truly makes me happy. I have discovered, that is yoga & that is running. Lord knows my first time to hit the pavement this year was a TOUGH one, I was hunched over and 99% sure that this is what death felt like. However, when I was done it was like a MIRACLE. My mood was brightened & my day was so much more productive! As for yoga I've always done yoga on & off with the wrong intentions/mindset. Yoga is about finding yourself & becoming completely comfortable with what your body is capable of. Not comparing yourself to others or what they can do because all that matters is how you're feeling in that moment.

Currently craving this #nolimitstank from Lululemon. Too stinkin cute! Hope you're all having a fabulous weekend, until next time...
