Day 10
So I started this a few months ago and got off track doing it so I'm going to keep it going!
This season of life is so interesting for 20-somethings every one is either getting married, jet setting around the world...or having babies. I went to my first baby shower this weekend and what a cool experience that was. The momma to be was so glowing and beautiful and full of joy.
Jacob and I have a very specific plan for our lives, this got me thinking...are we trying to out plan God's will for our lives? It was quite an aha moment for me. And on top of that, our pastor's message yesterday at church was on Isaiah 30.

So the Lord must wait for you to come to him so he can show you his love and compassion.
For the Lord is a faithful God. Blessed are those who wait for his help.
Isaiah 30: 18

In this time, I am grateful for the stillness. I am grateful for the peace because I know His plan for us is bigger and greater than anything we could ever fathom.
This journey is about faith, this journey is about trusting God, and most importantly this journey is about surrendering my life to Him.
